Switch the customers' welcome wizard on or off and choose which setup steps it shows, in which order.
After their first sign-in, customers get a short list of steps that check themselves: their domain, a mailbox, SSL, their website and backups. They can close it and open it again from the menu. Here you switch it on or off and choose the steps.
Where: Server Admin › Support › Welcome wizard
Choose the steps
- Tick or untick Show new customers the welcome wizard.
- Under Steps, in order, move a step with the arrows, hide it with ×, or show a hidden one again with +.
- Click Save.

| Create a mailbox | the account has a mailbox (only when email is on) |

| Put your website online | WordPress is installed or the website folder has a real site |
| Set up backups | the customer chose their own backup schedule |
A customer can also mark any step done or skip it. While the wizard is on, it takes the place of the Getting
started checklist on the customers' overview. Finishing it raises the onboarding.completed event hook.
