Installs

Install, update and uninstall reports from licensed servers, with filters, a CSV download and each server's full history.

Installs lists the reports licensed servers send when HF Panel is installed, updated or uninstalled on them. Use it to see who is installing, follow up on failed installs, and open the full history of one server. It exists only on the official edition.

Where: Server Admin › Business › Installs (official edition only)

Find reports

  1. Type in the search box to match a licence key, email, IP address, host name or company.
  2. Choose an event: All events, Failed (installs and updates), Finished (installs and updates), or one event — Install started, Installed, Install failed, Updated, Update failed, Uninstalled.
  3. Choose the period: Last 7 days, Last 30 days (the default), Last 90 days, Last 12 months or All time.
  4. Click Show.

The figures above the table count the reports for your choice: Shown, Started, Finished, Failed and Uninstalled. The table shows 50 reports a page, newest first, with the machine's operating system, CPUs, memory and disk, the version, and for failures the step and error.

To save the matching reports, click Download (CSV). A download holds up to 20,000 rows.

One server's history

Click a licence key anywhere on the Business screens to open Server history for that key. It shows:

Section What it shows
Licence The owner, company, licence IP and the IP it was last seen from, host name, version, accounts, plan, status, and the last check-in.
Company name changes Each company name the server has reported, with the day it was first seen.
Installs and updates Every install, update and uninstall report for the key.
Check-ins, last 90 days One row per day: version, accounts, the address it was seen from, and how many checks it made.
Downloads Every installer, update or release check requested with the key, served or refused.

If the key is no longer a licence, the page says so; its events and downloads are still kept.
