Top accounts
See which of your customers use the most CPU, memory and disk, with each account's charts and limits.
Top accounts lists your customers' accounts with the CPU, memory, disk and processes they used, against the limits of their packages. Use it to see who is slowing a server down or who needs a bigger plan.

The list
Pick the period — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 1 year — and sort by CPU, Memory, Disk I/O or Limit hits.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| CPU (average / peak) | CPU use in % (100% = one core), and the package's limit; red from 90% of it |
| Memory (average / peak) | memory in MB, and the limit |
| Disk I/O | disk MB/s and operations per second on average |
| Processes | the most processes at once |
| Minutes at a limit | how many minutes the account was at any limit |
Click Charts to see one account's CPU, memory, disk I/O, processes, disk space and bandwidth over the period (each with Show as table), its limit hits and the notice the customer sees when they are near or over a limit.
Note: you see only your own customers. Limits come from the packages the administrator makes; only an administrator can give one account other limits (see Resource limits).
When one of your customers has been at a limit for 15 minutes, or a process was stopped for lack of memory, you get Customer account at its limit in your notifications, at most once a day for each kind of limit.
