Download a copy of your personal data, or ask to delete your account, with a waiting time in which you can cancel.
Your data lets you get a copy of your personal data, or ask us to delete your account.
Where: Control Panel › Account › Your data
Export your data
- Click Ask for an export.
- Within a few minutes you get an email with a download link. It works for the time shown on the page (72 hours unless your host changed it).

Passwords and other secrets are never included. You can ask for one export a day.
Delete your account
- Under Delete your account, type your username and click Ask to delete my account.
- Open the link we email you (it works for 48 hours) while signed in, and click Yes, delete my account.
- The account then waits (14 days unless your host changed it). Until then click Cancel the deletion at any time.
- After the wait your host deletes the account, or it is deleted by itself if your host chose that.
Everything goes: websites, email, databases and files. A final backup is kept for a while in case you need it back, then removed too.
Note: staff using Log in as can see this page but can't ask for anything on your behalf.
