Status page

Publish a public page that shows your visitors whether your websites are working, with 90 days of uptime and recent incidents.

Your status page is a public page for your visitors. It shows the monitors you choose with their state now, a bar per day for the last 90 days and the incidents of the last 30 days. Nobody needs to sign in to see it. It is off until you switch it on.

Where: Control Panel › Websites › Uptime monitor › Status page

Switch it on

  1. Tick The status page is public.
  2. Optionally, enter a Title (for example "Sarah's Bakery status"). Without one the page is called "Status".
  3. Under Monitors on the page, tick the monitors to show.
  4. Click Save.

The page's address appears under the form. Use Open status page to see it and Copy link to share it, for example in your website's footer. You can also tick Show on my status page in a monitor's settings.

What visitors see

Part What it shows
Banner All systems are working, Some systems are having problems, There is an outage or Maintenance is in progress
Each monitor its name, its state, a bar per day for 90 days (hover a bar for that day's uptime) and the uptime over 90 days
Past incidents each outage of the last 30 days with its start and length, or Ongoing

Only the monitors' names are shown — never their addresses, ports, error messages, status codes or response times. The page refreshes itself every minute; the same data is available as JSON at the page's address followed by .json.

Tip: give monitors a clear Name (for example "Online shop") — that is what your visitors read.

Give the page a new address

Click New address and confirm. The old address stops working at once, so update any links to it.

Switch it off

Untick The status page is public and click Save. The address then answers "Not found".
