HF PanelAccounts
Create and manage hosting accounts, resellers, packages and feature lists; import and move accounts; staff logins and approvals.
The Accounts group is where you look after the people who use your server: hosting accounts and the resellers who sell them, the packages and feature lists that decide what each account gets, and the staff who help you. It is also where you bring accounts in from an old server and spread them over several servers.
Where: Server Admin › Accounts
| Screen | What it is for |

| Accounts | Every hosting account: create, log in as, change package, suspend, reset the password, delete; bulk actions and tags. |
| Resellers | Partners who sell hosting on your server: create, limit, suspend, delete. |
| Reseller privileges | What each reseller may do, and their account, disk and bandwidth pools. |
| Packages | The hosting plans you sell, with their limits and prices, and CPU and memory limits. |
| Feature lists | Which tools the customers of each plan get. |
| Import accounts | Bring accounts in from full account backups of your old server. |
| Move accounts | Follow accounts moving between your servers. Shown only when other servers are joined. |
| Servers | Join more servers to this panel and choose where new accounts go. |
| Users online | Who is signed in right now, and who was earlier today. |
| Staff logins | Extra administrator logins, full or read-only. |
| Approvals | Risky actions waiting for a second step. |
Note: on the official edition, Packages is not in this menu: it is a tab of the Business screens instead.
Resellers have their own Accounts, Packages, Feature lists and Users online screens in the Reseller Panel, limited to their own customers.
