| Support | Open a ticket and talk to your hosting provider's support team. |
| Live chat | Chat with support from any page; offline messages become tickets. |
| AI helper | Ask why a website isn't working, what an error log means, or about your .htaccess. |
| Help | Help articles written by your hosting provider. |
Note: the AI helper appears only when your hosting provider has switched it on. When your provider uses its own help site, Help opens that site in a new tab instead.
