Control Panel
The hosting customer's panel — where to find it, what the Overview shows, the menu groups, and how your hosting plan decides which tools you have.
The Control Panel is the panel for hosting customers. Here you run your websites, domains, email, databases and files. Your hosting provider creates your account and sends you your login details.
Where: https://panel.yourdomain.com:8443, where yourdomain.com is your hosting provider's domain
Note: your hosting provider's staff use Server Admin and resellers use the Reseller Panel. They can open your Control Panel to help you; you then see a bar saying who is signed in, with a Back to button for them.

What decides which tools you have
Not every menu item is there for every account:
- Your hosting plan. Your hosting provider gives your account a plan (package) with limits — such as disk space, domains, mailboxes and databases — and a feature list that switches tools on or off. A tool your plan doesn't include is not in the menu, and the panel refuses it with "This feature is not part of your hosting plan." Some features are parts of a screen: for example forwarders, autoresponders and spam filters (in Email accounts), subdomains and parked domains (in Domains) and the IP blocker (in Redirects & IP blocks).
- What the server runs. The Email group only appears when the server runs email. DNS zone editor, DNS templates & import and Dynamic DNS only appear when the server runs DNS. Terminal can be switched off by the server's administrator.
- What your hosting provider offers. Domain names & SSL only appears when your hosting provider sells domains, Billing when online billing is set up for your account, Refer a friend when referrals are on, and the AI helper when it is switched on.
- Your role. If you sign in as a team member, you only see the tools your role opens.
To get a tool or a higher limit you don't have, ask your hosting provider about another plan, for example through Support.
