Bulk HF Panel licences for hosting companies and agencies: the discounts, how to buy them, and how to issue and manage licences in the partner portal.

Hosting companies and agencies that run HF Panel on many servers, or install it for their own customers, can buy licences in bulk at a lower price and issue them from one place: the partner portal.

The discounts

You choose one plan for all the licences (each plan allows a number of hosting accounts per server) and pay monthly, by card or with PayPal. The portal shows Your price per server and month after the discount.

Become a partner

  1. Open the licence shop at https://hostfog.io/licence.
  2. Under Resellers & agencies: bulk licences, enter your Email and Company, choose the Plan and the number of Servers (at least 5).
  3. Pay. You get an email with a link to the partner portal.

Sign in to the partner portal

  1. Open https://hostfog.io/licence/partner.
  2. Enter the email you bought the licences with and click Email me a link.
  3. Open the link in the email.

Issue a licence

  1. Under Issue a licence, enter the Customer email and the Server IP the panel will be installed on.
  2. Leave Email the key and install command to the customer ticked to send them everything they need.
  3. Click Issue licence.

The new key and the install command for that server are shown at once. The server is then installed as described in Install, with that key at Licence key.

Manage your licences

The portal shows Licences in use out of the number you pay for, your Plan and Your price.

To Do this
Move a licence to another server change the IP in the Server column and click Save
Stop a licence click Remove and confirm. That server's panel locks.
Buy more or fewer licences enter the number and click Change quantity (never fewer than you use)
Change your card or get invoices click Card & invoices (PayPal: PayPal and Cancel payments)

The table also shows when each server Last seen the licence server, and how many hosting accounts it runs.

Note: if a payment fails, the panels keep working for 7 more days. If a licence does end, the panel locks until it is renewed, but websites, email and DNS on the server keep running.
