Two-step sign-in
Require two-step sign-in for your own customers, see who has set it up and reset it for a customer who lost their phone.
Two-step sign-in adds a second step after the password: a code from an authenticator app or a passkey. You can require it for your own customers, see who has set it up, and reset it for a customer who lost their phone.
Where: Reseller Panel › Support › Two-step sign-in
Require it for your customers
- Tick Require two-step sign-in for my customers.
- Click Save.
Customers without a second step get in for the administrator's grace period with a warning banner, then must set it up right after their password. If the administrator already requires it for every customer, the screen says so.
Who has set it up
The counter shows how many of your customers have a second step. The Logins list shows each customer's Second step and last sign-in.
Reset a customer's two-step sign-in
Click Reset next to the customer and confirm. Their authenticator app, recovery codes and passkeys are removed and they set it up again at their next sign-in. The reset is written to the activity log.
Abuse complaints
When the administrator allows it, the Abuse desk appears in your menu with the complaints about your own customers — see Abuse desk.
