Approve or decline the account deletions your customers asked for, and see their data exports.
When one of your customers asks to delete their account under Your data, the request comes to you once its waiting time is over. It works like the administrator's Data requests screen, with your own customers only; the rules (waiting time, final backup) are set by the administrator.
Where: Reseller Panel › Support › Data requests
- When a deletion shows to approve, click Approve and confirm: a final backup is made first, then the account is deleted.
- Or click Decline and type why; your customer gets it by email.
